About the Authors:

Wendi Callaway: 

Wendi Callaway is a graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas, and Texas A&M University-Commerce.  She holds an Associate's degree in Visual Communication, a Bachelor's in Art and Theater, and a Master's in Digital Video and Communication.  She is currently working on her Doctoral degree in Art Education at The University of North Texas.  Wendi teaches four levels of Art at Terrell High School.  She has developed a website for her students, where she has included lesson plans in Art, student portfolio pages, and examples of her own artwork as well as links to other things she has done.  This website can be located at http://www.artonthemove2003.com .

Sandra S. Newton:

Sandra S. Newton holds an A.A.S. in Management and an A.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Tyler Junior College, a B.S. in Art and Early Childhood Education and a M.A. in Art, Music, and Theatre from The University of Texas at Tyler.  She was a Marcus Fellow and Is a graduate student at The University of North Texas.  Sandra teaches 6th,7th,and 8th grade Art at Atascocita Middle School in the Humble Independent School District.
